Payment

What are the forms of payment?

Credit Cards: Purchases made by credit card can be parceled out (only using brazilian credit card). Check the available options according to the event period.

Cash: Buy directly from our office at the address: Rua Guapeni n ° 50 – Tijuca – Rio de Janeiro.

Bank deposit: Request a reservation through the email: vendas@loungecarioca.com.br. Payment can be made through single or parcelled deposit with due dates to be combined.

 

Can I pay with more than one credit card for the same order?

Yes, speak to someone on our team at vendas@loungecarioca.com.br or (21) 2147-4007 and request the split of the purchase on more than one credit card. For online purchases directly on our website only one card per order will be accepted.

 

Pre-authorization, analysis, and purchase confirmation

All customers will be subject to a cadastral analysis through the companies that process our payments after ordering. Your requests are reserved until the end of the review process. The customer will be notified via email about whether or not the purchase has been accepted.

 

Will I receive the purchase confirmation?

Yes. If you do not receive the confirmation, contact our service through online chat on our website or send an email to vendas@loungecarioca.com.br or call +55 (21) 2147-4007.

 

Cancellation rules for online purchase:

In order for 100% of the purchase reverse to be made, the request for cancellation must be made within 7 consecutive days (as long as it is before 48 hours of the event), according to Brazilian Law 8.078 / 90, where it establishes the right of the consumer’s regret. You must send a formal request, from the same email used in the purchase, to the address vendas@loungecarioca.com.br.

Attention: The right of regret in 7 days is only possible when the buying occurs outside the commercial establishment (internet), that is, for purchases made within the commercial establishment the right of regret does not apply.

 

I bought my ticket and did not go to the Lounge Carioca event, can I be reimbursed?

After the event, it is not possible to cancel the purchase even if you have not used the ticket.

 

I was stolen or lost my Ticket Kit, how to proceed?

The Lounge Carioca does not take responsibility for delivered and subsequently lost Kit (s) through loss, theft or any other means. Tickets have characteristics of bearer securities. Consequently, they only guarantee those who hold them at the moment of entry of the event, by complying with the terms and conditions set forth in the Brazilian Law.

What is Meeting Point?

The Meeting Point is the place where the voucher will be exchanged for the kit, containing an official ticket that will give access to the sambadrome, the exclusive shirt and bracelet of the box that are mandatory to use.

 

What is the Meeting Point address?

ORIGINAL documents that will be requested at the meeting point, to pick up the kit:

Proof of Payment (VOUCHER); photo identification document (RG; CNH; passport and / or professional identity card issued by the Class Council). Original credit card used in the purchase made through the website; sign, at the time of withdrawal, the withdrawal receipt that will be issued by the Lounge Carioca team.

* Student ID cards will not be accepted as identification.

 

For purchases made through the website, by credit card, can only the holder withdraw the tickets?

No. If the holder of the purchase requests that a third party pick up the tickets at their meeting point, the customer must present at the time of pickup:

Proof of Payment (VOUCHER); photo identification document (RG; national driver’s license; passport and / or professional identity card issued by the Class Council) of the holder of the purchase. Copy of the front of the credit card used in the purchase made through the website; Power of Attorney completed (download here) and signed by the cardholder and the purchase, stating that he is aware of the withdrawal of the kit by another person; the withdrawer must also carry the original documents in hand; sign, at the time of withdrawal, the withdrawal receipt that will be issued by the Lounge Carioca team.

 

Letter of attorney

For withdrawals by third parties, it will be essential to present the specific power of attorney (download here), signed by the buyer and empowering the duly identified bearer. Pay attention to the required documentation.

 

Can I make exchanges on my purchase at the time of withdrawal?

No. Withdrawal will be allowed only for products listed on the purchase receipt (Voucher).

 

Can I leave and return from the Carioca Lounge at any time?

Yes. You can enter and leave as long as you do not leave the internal area of ​​the Sambódromo (Setor IMPAR). The bracelet and shirt will be checked at all entrances and exits of Lounge Carioca. Guests will not be allowed to enter without a LIESA shirt and ticket and an identification bracelet that will be delivered when the kits are removed.

What’s in the Kit?

Official Ticket to access the Sambadrome, an exclusive shirt from the Lounge Carioca and a bracelet to access the box. All items are mandatory on the days of the event.

Attention! The shirts and bracelets are specific to each day of the event. If you purchased a kit for more than one day, you should note the color corresponding to the day of the event.

 

Can I enter the Lounge Carioca without the exclusive shirt or ID badge?

No. To enter or leave the Lounge Carioca you will need to be dressed in the exclusive shirt and bracelet of the day of the event.

Customization

Can I customize my shirt to access the Carioca Lounge?

Yes, keeping the front print preserved.

Transportation In / Out

Round-trip transportation to the Sambadrome is done in vans, minibuses and executive-standard, air-conditioned buses. Our cars are duly accredited with stamps that authorize the landing at the official entrance of the cabin sector.

The opening hours of the Passarela do Samba gates are at 17h00.

The opening of the Lounge Carioca box takes place at 8:30 pm.

Paraders

I’m going to parade, can I go out and then come back? Can I keep my costume?

Yes, in our cloakroom you will have the opportunity to keep your fantasy.

When leaving the camarote the customer must go to a service station to the parade (located in each sector), carrying the ticket used at the entrance of the samba catwalk. In the place, the paraders will be identified with a bracelet that will guarantee the return access to the camarote.

OBS 1: It is important to emphasize that this service is of EXCLUSIVITY of the organizer of the parades (LIESA). At the end of the parade, more precisely in the dispersion, the customer should go to the place called: Return access for Paraders – Odd sectors. Under no circumstances should the person that parades return to the camarote in other way than the access mentioned above.

NOTE 2: The customer must remain with the exclusive bracelet to access the Lounge Carioca, even if identified with the parade bracelet. It will not be possible to enter the internal area of the camarote if it is found without the exclusive access bracelet.

 

Is smoking allowed in the camarote?

Smoking is prohibited in any space within the Lounge Carioca as determined by State Law No. 5,517 of August 17, 2009. Included electronic cigarettes. Smokers should go to the outside area located in front of the camarote for smoking.
